Strategic Plan 2024-2027

In November 2024, the Board of the Institute of Ecological Agriculture convened from across Australia to establish strategic focus areas for the next three years and to develop a clear strategic roadmap.

The resulting one-page Strategic Plan, adopted by the Board, outlines key areas of work along with associated metrics and performance targets.

To ensure continued momentum, the Board will review progress and refine its focus areas annually at a strategic planning retreat held in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting each November.
